We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached and the footwear shows no signs of outdoor use to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items back in the original Etnies shoebox and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
